All of our staff is carefully screened, interviewed, oriented, fingerprinted and required to complete SafeSchools training. This training includes Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure Prevention, Material Safety Data Sheets, Child Abuse Identification & Intervention, Hazard Communication and FERPA. These trainings ensure the preparedness of our staff and must be completed before joining the Elite team.

 

We handle all payroll and our guest teachers are fully covered through our Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Liability and Professional Insurances.
